Senior Sales and Chatting Manager Full Time

We are hiring: Senior Sales and Chatting Manager

As a Senior Sales and Chatting Manager, you are primarily responsible for maximizing the sales of our 40+ member sales team and ensuring  that both our existing strategies are implemented and developing new strategies to increase sales.

⚡️Your tasks:

* Team calls & 1:1 calls

* Mastery of chatting par excellence

* Team-leading measures

* Chat analysy -> Writing reports

* Implementation of received strategies

* Development of own strategies

* Content optimization -> Analisis of exisiting content

* Market research on other creators

* Active training in sales and team leading + Industry-specific training

* Development of own sales scripts

*Live advices for chat agents

* Onboarding of new team members

🧠 Requirements:

* Possibly has educational degree

* Minimum of 2 years sales experience

* Achieved at least $150k in total sales (with evidences)

* High level of performance readiness

*Has previously led a team

* Excellent English speaking and writing skills

* High IQ and EQ

* Ability to inspire people and lead people

* Highly motivated and takes it serious

PREVIOUS SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!

PREVIOUS ONLYFANS CHATTING EXPERIENCE IS A BENEFIT

💰Details:

* Fixed Salary + Performance Bonus

* 8h a day for 6 days a week
