🐰 We are hiring: Tubesite Manager

As Tubesite manager you are responsible for maintaining and expanding our Tubesite network. In order to fuel our creators with traffic and increasing our impact in the industry.

⚡️Your tasks:

* Maintaining our Tubesites

* Creating and building up new Tubesite

* Expanding our network with qualitative pages

* Systematic optimisation of existing processes

* Analyzing competitors, outlining & executing strategies

🧠 Requirements:

* Profound Wordpress knowledge

* Eventually coding experience is necessary

* SEO & Marketing knowledge is an advantage

* Need to be confident with adult content

* High Organisation and Management Skills

* Being able to be criticised and want to improve

* Analytical and structured thinking

💰Details:

* Fixed Salary + Performance Bonus (% on won fans, as well as ad spend from other agencies)

* 8h a day for 6 days a week
