These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OFM Career (accessible at onlyfans-jobs.com and onlyfans-career.com), operated by Bunny Agency LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing job listings, submitting an application, posting a job, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to create an account, apply to jobs, post listings, or use any features of the Platform. The Platform relates to the adult content creator economy, and all users must be legal adults in their jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not create multiple accounts for the same purpose, share your account credentials with others, or transfer your account to another person without our written consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

4. Job Listings

Employers who post job listings on the Platform represent and warrant that:

• All information in the listing is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• The position described is a genuine, currently available opportunity.
• The employer is authorized to offer the position and hire candidates.
• The listing complies with all applicable employment laws, including anti-discrimination laws, minimum wage requirements, and labor regulations in the relevant jurisdictions.
• The listing does not require applicants to pay fees, purchase products, or make financial investments as a condition of employment.
• The compensation described is accurate and will be paid as stated.

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any job listing that violates these Terms or our posting guidelines, at our sole discretion. Removal of a listing does not entitle the employer to a refund of any fees paid.

5. Application Process

Job seekers who apply to listings through the Platform understand and agree that:

• OFM Career is a job board platform that connects job seekers with employers. We are not an employer, staffing agency, or recruiter.
• We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or responses from employers.
• Application information you submit will be shared with the employer who posted the relevant listing, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of any employer and the terms of any employment offer you receive.
• Any employment relationship is solely between you and the employer. We are not a party to any employment contract or arrangement.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Posting fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive job listings or applications.
• Using the Platform to scam, defraud, or exploit other users.
• Collecting or harvesting personal information of other users without their consent.
• Posting content that is illegal, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Platform without our written permission.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Circumventing any access controls, rate limits, or security features of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose unrelated to job seeking or hiring within the OnlyFans management industry.
• Soliciting users to move off the Platform to avoid our verification or monitoring processes.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding are owned by Bunny Agency LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

By posting content on the Platform (including job listings, profiles, and applications), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. You retain ownership of your content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any job listings, employer information, or user content on the Platform.
• In no event shall Bunny Agency LLC, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, employment opportunities, or business relationships.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bunny Agency LLC and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Platform.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
• Any content you post or submit through the Platform.
• Any employment relationship or dispute between you and any employer or candidate you connect with through the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at the address provided in the Contact section below. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitration shall take place in Broward County, Florida. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Bunny Agency LLC.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior toward other users, and failure to complete the verification process.

Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately.
• We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Any outstanding obligations and rights that by their nature should survive termination (including indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall survive.
• If you have a paid plan, no refund will be issued for the remaining portion of the billing period.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your dashboard.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Platform. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last updated. If we make material changes, we will provide prominent notice on the Platform or notify you by email. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
