My country is not in the directory. Can I still apply?
The posting says remote, worldwide. The listed country resources are reading guides, not an exclusive eligibility list. You need a bank account, the required setup and availability for the agency’s shifts.
Which languages can I use for the interview?
The available interview languages are English, German, Spanish, French, and Hungarian. Written English is still tested at B1 or above. Choosing another interview language does not remove that requirement.
Can I use only a mobile phone for the job?
The role requires a computer. You also need stable internet and a quiet workspace. No specific hardware specification or internet-speed minimum is published in the posting.
What happens if the browser interview fails?
The process offers a human interviewer as a fallback for technical failure. Follow the Academy’s instructions for help. The AI voice interview is expected to take about 5 minutes.
When should I expect a decision after the interview?
The posting gives an approximate reply window of 48 hours after the interview. It is not a guaranteed decision deadline or a promise of a start date.
Is there an application fee or required paid course?

Does finishing the application mean I can start a shift?
No. Assessment and interview are followed by free training, a final chat test and an online freelancer contract before the first shift. Selection is not automatic.
