Entry route / beginners

New to chatting? Start with what matters.

No experience needed means Bunny Agency does not require a previous chatter job. It still requires tested English, a reliable setup, fixed-shift availability and comfort with adult conversations. Free training helps you learn the work. Use your real experience to show communication and judgment, even if it comes from another field.

Separate experience from eligibility

You can be new to the job and still meet the basic requirements. You must be 18 or older, with written English at least at B1 level. You need a computer, stable internet, a quiet workplace and a bank account for payouts.

You must also be available for 8-hour shifts, 6 days each week. “Beginner” does not mean a lighter schedule. If you can only work occasional hours, that is a mismatch with this opening even if your writing is strong.

Read the setup guide before declaring that you are ready. A truthful account of your availability helps the hiring team understand your situation. It also helps you avoid preparing for a shift pattern that you cannot sustain.

Look for skills you have already used

Customer support can give you examples of answering clearly and remaining calm. Sales experience can help you explain how you listened before making an offer. Copywriting and social media work may show that you can adapt your tone to an audience.

Those backgrounds are useful, but they are not mandatory. You might have a relevant example from study, a volunteer task or everyday life. Describe the setting accurately. Do not rename a personal activity as paid work to make it sound more impressive.

For each example, write what happened, what you did and what you learned. Keep the language simple. The aim is to give the hiring team something concrete to understand, not to fill the application with general claims about being hardworking.

Practise the kind of thinking the role needs

Try replying to a fictional message from a customer who is unsure what they want. Acknowledge the question, ask for a useful detail and avoid guessing. Then reread your answer to see whether it actually responds to the person.

Try a short handover note for the same invented conversation. Include what was discussed and what is still open. This is a preparation exercise, not an official test question. Use made-up, non-explicit material instead of someone’s private messages.

The Academy’s writing and judgment guide can help you identify areas to practise. You do not need to purchase a course before applying. Training for this role is free, and practising does not guarantee that you pass.

Be clear about the adult-industry setting

A chat agent writes on behalf of a creator using a persona the creator approved. Messages may be explicit, emotional or rude. You must stay within the creator’s boundaries and keep your responses calm. This is part of the work from the start.

You never appear on camera, meet subscribers or share your personal identity with them. Those limits may make the role different from what you first imagined. They do not make it a general customer-support job without adult content.

Think about whether you would be comfortable doing these tasks across a full shift. You can decide the work does not suit you. It is better to make that choice with an accurate picture than to apply because the advert says remote or beginner-friendly.

Use the hiring stages to show your own ability

Bunny Academy uses an English test, an emotional-intelligence test and an AI fan chat simulation. The process also includes a browser voice interview of about 5 minutes. A human fallback is available if the interview technology fails.

If you continue, free training ends with a final chat test. A freelancer contract comes before your first shift. No prior experience is required, but completing an application does not remove the assessment or make an offer automatic.

Prepare with the application checklist. Read the initial pay terms too: earnings depend on sales, and no hourly base amount is published. Treat preparation as a way to make an informed application, not as a promise of a job.

Bring honest examples, clear availability and a willingness to follow feedback. Those are things you can prepare without inventing a work history or paying someone to write your answers.

Vacancy information comes from the Academy’s published opening. Last checked . Pay depends on the plan, hours and sales; no income is guaranteed.
